Doctors still unsure if Vic. Premier will undergo surgery

Doctors will make a decision on whether to operate on Victoria's Premier Daniel Andrews this weekend. Mr Andrews has broken ribs and a damaged vertebrae after a fall and his recovery could take weeks or months.
