This country's Head of State signs the condolence book at the Red House for former Energy Minister Franklin Khan who died last Saturday.
And Mr. Khan's contribution to the Parliament continues to be recognized so too was his contribution to the local energy sector recognised by the chairman of the Energy Chamber.
He says Mr. Khan "was always a strong advocate for the small oil companies operating out of South Trinidad."
