A fatal police shooting in Tobago, is at this time engaging the attention of police. The deceased is Kervin Isaac of Speyside. The incident occurred shortly before 9pm on Tuesday along the Windward Main Road. Elizabeth Williams spoke with the brother and friend of the deceased.
