Lotto operators under the National Lotteries Control Board have been deemed 'essential workers'...a status many other businesses would be happy to acquire in order to sustain their livelihood. However, some are planning a prolonged shutdown due to the evolving COVID-19 environment and what they are calling unfair treatment by the NLCB.
