Victoria will enter a 7-day lockdown from midnight

Arcobar Restaurant in Melbourne is preparing to shut its doors following the Victorian Government announcing a snap 7-day lockdown. Owner Franz Madlener says businesses are finding it harder to cope with the recurring restrictions.
