Victorian residents bracing to enter 7-day lockdown from midnight

Victorians are entering their fourth lockdown as another 11 locally acquired COVID-19 cases have been confirmed. Schools will close, gatherings are not permitted, and face masks must be worn everywhere outside of homes.
