Centre recalls Bengal's chief secretary amid PM-Mamata face off

The centre has now recalled West Bengal's Chief Secretary Bandyopadhyay, amid the standoff between CM Mamata Banerjee and PM Modi. Alapan Bandyopadhyay was recently granted a three-month extension following a nod from the Centre.
