 PAV KA HALWA  
NGREDIENTS ARE  
PAV LADI – 1 
 GHEE FOR FRYING MILK - 1/2 LITER  
SUGAR - 150 GMS  
CARDAMON POWDER - 1/2 TSP 
 KHAWA - 150 GMS  
CASHEWNUTS ALMONDS  
METHOD :  
-cut the pav into half. 
 -fry all the pav in pure ghee.  
-cook milk till thick, add sugar, cardamon powder and khawa in that .  
-fry cut dry fruits till golden brown.  
 -now add milk into pav and put dryfruits and khawa on that.  
-keep for 2-3 minutes and then do it upside down.  
-keep it for some time so that pav will absorb all the milk.  
- serve it warm.
