Victoria closes border to Sydney hotspots following two cases

Victoria has recorded no new local COVID cases beyond the two positive results announced yesterday linked to the Sydney outbreak. The two cases have resulted in Victoria closing the border to ‘red zones’ in greater Sydney and Wollongong.
