The Commission On Administrative Justice Has Hinted At Seeking Advisory Opinion From The Supreme Court Over A Ruling That Declared Recommendations Of Independent Commissions As Not Binding, To Public Bodies And Government Entities. The Body Which Is Mandated To Check On Bad Administration In The Public Sector, Stated That They Have To Get An Understanding On The Ruling Since It Touches On How Many Cases Forwarded To Them Will Be Handled.
