Members of the South Truckers Association are calling on the government to allow the private construction sector to open up on Monday together with the public construction sector.
The Prime Minister said last weekend that public construction would re-open on July 5th, but gave no definitive date for private construction.
During a highway drive to protest the limited measure today, the truckers told reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh that they feel discriminated against.
