Victoria has recorded its eleventh straight day of no new locally acquired coronavirus cases with high level discussions continuing over the potential closure of the New South Wales-Victoria border. Victoria Premier Daniel Andrews is calling on any Victorians in New South Wales to return home as soon as possible.
