Tencent is acquiring Sackboy developer Sumo Digital for over £900 million

Sumo Digital - the British developer behind ‘Sackboy: A Big Adventure’, ‘Snake Pass’, and ‘Crackdown 3’, as well as other games - has fourteen other studios in five countries.
