Delhi unlocks: Metro, DTC buses to run at 100% capacity

The Delhi Metro and DTC buses will run at full seating capacity in the national capital from 5 am on Monday onwards, as per the Delhi Disaster Management Authority's (DDMA) latest order on Saturday.
