This summer, Strongbow Season meets the 2009 festival season as the eye-catching Strongbow Orchard hits Sydney and Melbourne's biggest street parties to deliver Australias favourite cider.
The Strongbow Orchard, a six-metre high installation bar constructed from wooden chairs, hatstands and tables, will first appear at the Rocksong Festival in Sydney on Australia Day (26 January), then at the St Kilda Festival in Melbourne on 8 February.
As part of the festival tour, Strongbow, in conjunction with Nova 96.9 and Nova 100, is launching a competition to find the Strongbow Roving Reporter. The competition is the chance for an aspiring entertainment reporter to give their career a boost and an exclusive opportunity to establish themselves and have their work seen by thousands of eyeballs!
The successful Strongbow Reporter will win $2,000 in cash, airfares, accommodation, an Access All Areas pass and state-of-the-art equipment to record and post exclusive reviews, interviews, video blogs, vox pops and more.
One winner will score the chance to report for Strongbow with an all access pass to Sydneys Rocksong and Melbournes St Kilda Festival, interviewing some of Australias biggest acts plus two grand cash!
