Tasmania project aims to reduce expenses of women’s sanitary items

Women spend on average nine-thousand dollars on sanitary items over the course of their reproductive lives. A new project in Tasmania is aimed at addressing what’s known as period poverty – where women struggle to afford sanitary items.
