The Trinidad and Tobago Scrap Iron Dealers is very concerned over the scrap iron assets of Petrotrin.
Amid fears that its bid to the tune of 300 million US dollars to the Heritage Petroleum Company has gone silent, the Association claims the materials which it intends to purchase are disappearing from Petrotrin's compound. It is questioning the nature of the removal of the assets and calling on the government to intervene. Alicia Boucher has more in this report.
