Victoria records 2 deaths and 445 new local COVID cases

There have been two deaths and 445 new locally acquired coronavirus cases recorded in Victoria. 316 of the infections remain under investigation. Experts say lockdown fatigue, essential workers and a wide spread of cases are fuelling the rise.
