डाटा लीक (Data Leak) की शिकायत लेकर गूगल (Google) दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट (Delhi High Court) पहुंच गया है. गूगल (Google) ने दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में कम्पटीशन कमीशन ऑफ इंडिया (Competition Commission of India) यानि प्रतिस्पर्धा आयोग के खिलाफ याचिका दी है. गूगल का आरोप है कि उसने एक एंड्रॉयड स्मार्टफोन की डील को लेकर जो जांच रिपोर्ट प्रतिस्पर्धा आयोग को सौंपी थी वो लीक हुई है.
