As wearing of face shields is now optional in Davao City, some residents are apparently cautious as they continue to use face shields in even in public places.
The City Government of Davao issued the new policy on Nov. 2 stating that wearing of face shields will be voluntary even in closed or confined spaces, PUVs and public places. (Keith Bacongco)
