I often had to give up running because at some point I got joint pain or tendon problems. If I didn't train for a longer period of time, these complaints would disappear again. I now want to learn from these experiences by not setting ambitious goals as a runner, but by starting again as a beginner with a very short but intensive distance. I would now like to share this experience with everyone and see how this running experiment works out in the long term. I've practically rediscovered my interest in running because I don't have any complaints at the moment, apart from the fact that the lockdown has given me a belly that I want to get rid of.
