The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Saturday, Dec. 11, said the low pressure area (LPA) off Mindanao will likely enter the country’s area of responsibility as a tropical cyclone early next week and will be named “Odette.”
