NSW Premier says limiting spread of COVID-19 down to 'personal responsibility'

The case numbers in NSW has surged again to a new high as concerns deepen over the uncontrolled spread of Omicron. The state government says it's on "high alert" but it's also opting not to introduce stricter measures or mask mandates.
