Victoria records 51,356 new cases, including week's worth of RATs

Victoria has recorded 51,356 new COVID-19 cases today and another nine deaths. The Health Minister, Martin Foley, has moved to reassure residents that the sharp jump in cases reflected the adapted testing system.
