Dog Sleeps Straight like Human and Refuses to Wake up When Nudged

This dog liked to sleep flat on his back like a little human and was in such deep sleep that he could not be woken by any distraction. Even as his owner lifted his little paws up and let them drop, he kept sleeping peacefully.
