State records 23,630 new COVID-19 cases and three deaths

20 people have died in Queensland from COVID since the start of the pandemic. 589 people are in hospital including 41 in intensive care. (NOTE: Dr Gerrard says the 589 is a total figure. ICU not additional) 15 people are on ventilators.
