Meet Proxima D: New rocky world is discovered orbiting the closest star to our solar system - - 1BR

At just a quarter of Earth's mass, Proxima D is the third planet to be detected in the Proxima Centauri system. It was discovered by the European Southern Observatory's Very Large Telescope in Chile.
