'This footage encapsulates the beautiful journey of Billy from an abandoned puppy to a big, healthy, and playful dog.
The video comprises shots from several phases of Billy's life as he bonds and messes around with his fellow pets.
"I found Billy on 12/15/2020 on the street, crying and starving, and since it was very cold, I took him home," the filmer, Rassam Khadija wrote. "He was less than a month old and I didn't know how to feed him. It took Billy some time to get used to drinking from the milk bottle."
The filmer further stated that Billy now eats rice, chicken, and vegetables, and has befriended Bella (another pup rescued by Khadija).
