Organised by the Cultural Economy Development Agency (CENDANA) and Cultural Center Universiti Malaya, this symposium attempts to foster "research-centred and collaboration-inclined cultural workers". We speak to Grace Samboh of Hyphen Research Initiative in Indonesia as well as Sugata Ray and Atreyee Gupta both with the History of Art Department at the UC Berkeley in the USA to understand what they are bringing to the table.
