Kejriwal and Bhagwant Mann have named the Bhagat Singh connection of swearing-in as 'Inquilab'. Often Bhagwant Mann is seen in a yellow turban. In a special conversation with Aaj Tak, Bhagwant Mann had told what is the reason and ideology behind wearing a yellow turban. Bhagwant Mann said that as far as the yellow turban is concerned, when I became an MP in 2014, after that I went to Bhagat Singh's village Khatkarkalan and bowed at his feet and I promised that I would wear his Basanti colored turban.
