Several pieces of legislation passed by the government under the watch of former Attorney General Faris Al-Rawi could be nullified based on the outcome of a case that is before the Privy Council.
That's the claim being made by Opposition Leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar who is applauding Chief Parliamentary Counsel Ian Mac Intyre for what she calls "standing his ground."
