Ingredients: 2 raw potatoes, 
1 onion  
1 carrot  
1 green chilies  
coriander leaves, 2 TBSP 
2 TBSP Sesame seeds
1 TSP salt to taste 
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1  tsp Cumin Seed / jeera 
2 TBSP Chickpea’s flour / besan
6 TBSP sprouted ragi flour or used without Sprouts 
2  cup water or as needed
oil / Ghee as needed.
Tip: Besan is optional, but it will give some extra protein and fibre or you can reduce to 1 tbsp. Use wood pressed/cold pressed oils of your choice.
