Two days after the Prime Minister announced his receipt of the report of the investigation into the February 16th blackout, Public Utilities Minister Marvin Gonzales confirms that he has a copy of the report, but much like the Prime Minister, Gonzales did not reveal its contents.
However, he did not categorically deny a claim by the OWTU that the blackout was caused by a fallen tree. Rynessa Cutting has more.
