In early versions of William Branham’s stage persona, William Branham used incantations during his faith healing lines. According to Branham, there were three words that he had to repeat when healing the sick, and he could heal without even praying for the person approaching the platform. Branham called this incantation the "three high words". It was during this version of his stage persona that Branham preached the Trinitarian doctrine and claimed to have accepted the Holy Spirit as the Third Person of the Trinity.
In later versions of his stage persona, however, William Branham denounced the Trinity and claimed that by accepting the Trinity, unsuspecting Christians were marking themself with the seal of Satan. During those versions of the stage persona, Branham explained to his audience what these "three high words" were. According to Branham, "Father", "Son" and "Holy Ghost" were the three high words, and they were used as a supernatural incantation against his ministry.
