Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley is urging his fellow leaders within CARICOM to follow up on a commitment to establish a single market and economy, as he said the region has been warned that the economic impact of the COVID pandemic it is recovering from, can happen again.
The Prime Minister spoke on the matter in Guyana on Thursday.
