Andrea Mason has become the fastest known person to swim and run the longest lakes and highest peaks in Wales, England and Scotland and cycle between them in under five days.
The Blackpool woman completed the gruelling triathlon to raise awareness of women's menstrual health issues, including endometriosis and cervical cancer.
