Cultural icon David Rudder has received CARICOM's highest award; the Order of the Caribbean Community.
The Award Ceremony took place on Wednesday at the Diplomatic Centre in St. Anns, as Rudder was unable to attend a Heads of Government Conference in Suriname last month where the awards were presented.
