The Police Service is ready to roll-out its Gang Reduction and Community Empowerment or Grace Programme which was launched in May of this year.
It is being seen as a medium to long term approach to reducing gang violence, and Acting Commissioner of Police McDonald Jacob believes it is necessary to change the landscape of crime in T&T.
