In the premiere episode of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity, a human being is transformed into a Tepig, and also has a dream about a Pokemon being chased by another Pokemon, who is seemingly evil. Jesse, who has now turned into Tepig, is awoken by Axew, and has Jesse help him across the path to allow Axew to buy his desloate land for his new paradise.
Jesse plays as a Tepig.
