The cancellation of the Spirit of Tasmania ferry is causing headaches for passengers trying to cross the bass strait. Tasmanian Don Paton was booked on a day crossing which has been cancelled because the port of Devonport remains closed. He is currently in Melbourne and says he is one of many people now stranded.
