The Weather in July 2018 started out nice and Dry but after July 20, the Weather Pattern changed over to a Unsettled, gray and wet pattern that lasted for most of the week of July 22. The Rain Clouds now roam over the skyline of downtown Philadelphia Pennsylvania bringing rounds of Rain.
