Less than one month to go before carnival and the San Fernando City Corporation is yet to receive funding from the National Carnival Commission.
Mayor Junia Regrello says he isn’t sure how much will be allocated this year, but if the NCC sticks to previous releases, he already knows it won’t be enough.
