The West Australian coroner has found a seven-year-old girl who died of sepsis after waiting almost two hours to be admitted to Perth children's hospital might have lived if she'd received care sooner. The coroner has described Aishwarya Aswath's case as a 'cascade of missed opportunities'. The family of Aishwarya Aswath has released a statement through their lawyer.
