A partially-blind and disabled pedestrian who killed an elderly cyclist that had angered her by riding on a pavement has been jailed for three years.
Auriol Grey, 49, had gestured in a 'hostile and aggressive way' towards retired midwife Celia Ward, 77, a court heard.
This CCTV footage shows Ms Grey shouting just moments before Mrs Ward wobbled into the road and into the path of a VW Passat.
