This country does not have a foreign exchange crisis.
That's according to Finance Minister Colm Imbert.
Instead he describes the situation as a foreign exchange shortage.
The minister made the statement during his meeting with a visiting trade mission from Jamaica.
He also said he's not going to devalue the TT Dollar, because it's not necessary.
