House Speaker Kevin McCarthy to attend Isabella Dam ceremony

The Army Corp of Engineers is hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Lake Isabella Tuesday morning to celebrate the completion of Phase Two of the Isabella Dam Safety Modification Project.
