Retiree Pick Up Group has been Keeping Bakersfield Beautiful for 10 years

At 8:00 every Wednesday morning, Tom Burch and the Retirees Pick-Up Group travel to different parts of Bakersfield to pick up litter. "I always said it keeps us off the streets, but it doesn't," jokes Burch, "because we're on the streets."
