Incensed by a recent intensive campaign in Tobago by licensing officers from Trinidad, Infrastructure Secretary Trevor James is alleging that the exercise was not in keeping with the Tobago House of Assembly Act.
James has written Works and Transport Minister Rohan Sinanan complaining that such a road traffic initiative cannot happen without collaboration with the Division of Infrastructure and is calling for discussions with Sinanan on the matter.
