The first phase of the Valencia to Toco Highway Project has been completed.
A proud Minister of Works says the project has come in under the 196 million-dollar budget allocated.
And, he says, development like never seen before, in the region is currently happening.
But, the Minister is appealing to developers to be mindful of the laws and regulations.
