What was meant to be a simple, letter delivery at the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries to the Minister of Energy Stuart Young, turned into a mini fracas with police officers at the HYATT Regency Hotel where CARICOM Heads of State are celebrating its 50th anniversary and holding their 45th meeting.
